Session dedicated to the 30th Anniversary of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic
On April 25, a scientific session dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic took place at MUCA (Moscow University of Creative Arts). The session focused on the theme: 'Current Issues of Contemporary Constitutional and Legal Development of the Kyrgyz Republic: Theory and Practice.' The event featured the participation of political and state figure Medetkan Sherimkulovich Sherimkulov, who served as the Chairman of the Supreme Soviet of the Kirghiz SSR and the Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh (1990-1995), as well as deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, Nikitenko N.V. from the V and VI convocations, Akaev J.K., and Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, Doctor of Law, Professor Sheripova N.T.
The session also included the involvement of Nurlan Sadykov, the Director of the Public Organization 'Institute of Constitutional Policy,' and the academic staff of MUCA, including Doctor of Law, Professor Berdaliyev K.Ch., and Candidate of Law, Professor Salyanova A.Zh

The aim of the scientific session was to formulate legal scientific thought on the role of human-oriented constitutional and legal policy of the state. The session involved discussions on current issues related to the development of constitutional norms, the improvement of legal mechanisms to strengthen civil unity, and the concepts of human rights and fundamental values in the context of the 30-year historical development of the Kyrgyz Republic
