DESCRIPTION
GOALS
Ensuring compliance with labor legislation at AUCA, implementing a human resources management system based on rational planning, training, and recruitment of personnel, which contributes to the successful functioning of the University.
Building and developing the AUCA brand; organizing engagement with current and prospective employees to make AUCA an attractive place to work and study; and actively managing the University’s image in the eyes of partners, potential employees, and students.
TASKS
Participation in the development and implementation of the University’s strategy with regard to staffing and the development of the AUCA brand;
Ensuring the legal and social protection of employees;
Formation and management of a talent pool;
Building a positive image of the University;
Increasing the level of employee trust in the University.
