DESCRIPTION

GOALS
  • Ensuring compliance with labor legislation at AUCA, implementing a human resources management system based on rational planning, training, and recruitment of personnel, which contributes to the successful functioning of the University.

  • Building and developing the AUCA brand; organizing engagement with current and prospective employees to make AUCA an attractive place to work and study; and actively managing the University’s image in the eyes of partners, potential employees, and students.


TASKS
  • Participation in the development and implementation of the University’s strategy with regard to staffing and the development of the AUCA brand;

  • Ensuring the legal and social protection of employees;

  • Formation and management of a talent pool;

  • Building a positive image of the University;

  • Increasing the level of employee trust in the University.
