Vacancy: Head of the Center for Continuing Education

Location: International University in Central Asia (Tokmok)

Description

The Center for Continuing Education is a new structural unit of the International University in Central Asia. The Center is created to provide short- and medium-term courses on relevant skills. We plan to offer residents of Tokmok courses on foreign language learning, digital literacy, entrepreneurial skills, and other relevant subjects. The Center will also offer specialized professional development courses based on the university's existing educational programs. We are looking for a Center Director who can work independently in partnership with the university's leadership to create

Responsibilities:

• Working in partnership with the leadership of the International University in Central Asia on developing the strategy for the development of the Center for Continuing Education.

• Establishing and developing the Center for Continuing Education based on

• Resolving all legal issues related to the launch and operation of the Center.

• Market research and identification of target groups for educational services.

• Developing the development strategy and operating model of the Center with the leadership of MUCA

• Launching and managing fee-based training programs in offline and online formats.

• Preparing regular reports on the activities of the Center.

Requirements:

• Higher education (specialist, master).

• Experience in higher education for at least 3 years.

• Experience in managing complex processes; candidates with experience in managing educational structures are preferred.

• Advantages for the candidate:

• Knowledge of English and Kyrgyz languages.
