PROGRAM MISSION
Our mission is to prepare a new generation of teacher-leaders capable of transforming education in rural schools of Kyrgyzstan through innovative pedagogical practices and developing critical thinking in students.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
A unique Master's program developed by IUCA in partnership with the "Zamanap Mugalim - Teach for Kyrgyzstan" Foundation, a member of the international Teach for All network. The program is built on the dual education principle: you simultaneously work as a teacher in a public school and study, immediately applying acquired knowledge in practice. This integration of theory and practice creates a space where your growth as an educator directly transforms the education of your students and your school.
