The department is responsible for building, managing, and strengthening IUCA’s digital presence, primarily through Instagram - the university’s leading communication channel.



About the Department


The Social Media & Digital Communications Department of IUCA manages the university’s official Instagram presence and oversees digital storytelling, online engagement, and brand visibility.


The department ensures that IUCA’s academic, student, and institutional life is effectively represented in the digital space, maintaining a strong, consistent, and professional brand image.


Core Responsibilities


The department independently manages the full cycle of social media operations, including:


  • Content strategy development and planning

  • Monthly and campaign-based content calendars

  • Visual concept development and brand consistency

  • Graphic design coordination and creative direction

  • Copywriting (multilingual content when required)

  • Instagram feed, stories, reels, and highlights management

  • Community management and audience engagement

  • Direct communication with students, applicants, and partners

  • Event coverage (photo/video coordination and live updates)

  • Promotion of academic programs and university initiatives

  • Collaboration with university departments for content production

  • Monitoring engagement metrics and performance analytics

  • Growth strategy and audience development

  • Crisis-sensitive communication when required

  • Brand voice and tone consistency control


This role combines strategic planning, creative production, analytics, and operational management.

  • Building a digital conversion funnel and directing traffic to the Admission office
