Establishing procedures for admitting employees, third-party organizations, visitors, and vehicles to controlled areas.

Controlling and regulating the movement of visitors on university premises.

Ensuring reliable protection of university facilities from theft, robbery, arson, and other criminal acts, vandalism, and public disorder.

Equipping the university with special telephone communications, video surveillance cameras, “panic buttons,” intercoms, and other technical devices.
