On February 20, 2026, the International University of Central Asia had the honor of welcoming His Excellency Mr. Nicolas Faye, Ambassador of the French Republic to the Kyrgyz Republic, along with members of his delegation.

This visit was an important occasion for our university and an opportunity to strengthen cultural and educational ties between the Kyrgyz Republic and France.

As part of the program, IUCA students presented a concert program, demonstrating their creativity and enthusiasm. The atmosphere was warm and inspiring, and students were truly delighted to welcome the Ambassador and his delegation to our university.

A special highlight of the visit was the lecture delivered by Mrs. Gordana Faye, spouse of the Ambassador, on the topic “French Art and the Cultural Heritage of the Louvre.” Her presentation generated great interest among students and faculty, offering valuable insight into the rich cultural heritage of France.
