On October 18, 2025, students of the International Relations program at IUCA visited the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic — Yntymak Ordo as part of practice-oriented learning.

During the visit, students were introduced to the structure and functions of the Presidential Administration, the mechanisms of preparing and implementing state decisions, and the interaction between branches of government. Particular attention was given to the constitutional status of the President, the scope of presidential powers, and the role of the presidency in shaping domestic and foreign policy.

The meeting enabled students to connect theoretical knowledge in constitutional law and international relations with the practical functioning of the highest state institutions.

The visit contributed to the development of analytical skills, a deeper understanding of public governance principles, and the formation of professional competencies in the fields of public authority and international politics.
