Leadership and Project Management Insights from IUCA Alumna Aisuluu Zholdoshova!
Aisuluu Zholdoshova, a 2019 graduate of IUCA's English Linguistics Program and Executive Director of the U.S.-CAEF Alumni Association, held an inspiring guest lecture on October 31. She shared valuable insights on leadership, project management, and opportunities in U.S. programs for professional growth.
Today, our university hosted a guest lecture by Aisuluu Zholdoshova, Executive Director of the U.S.-CAEF Alumni Association and Regional Coordinator at Beginit. Aisuluu shared her impressive career journey, from teaching English to leading projects and social initiatives. She spoke about her participation in the SUSI Women's Leadership Program, which marked an important stage in developing her leadership and management skills.
The lecture covered key aspects of project management, such as team leadership, communication, and fundraising. Aisuluu also highlighted her initiatives aimed at supporting women and youth in Central Asia, including BE NEXT and SHEtalks. Students gained valuable insights into opportunities for personal growth and received advice on building a successful career.
