The International University of Central Asia invites participation in the scientific-practical conference of master's students in Pedagogy. The conference is titled "Pedagogy of Transformations: Theoretical Foundations and Practical Experience of Innovations in Regional Schools." The event will take place on March fifth and sixth, at the IUCA campus in Tokmok. Start time is eleven o'clock. The detailed conference program with a list of presentations and schedule is available via this link. Participation is possible in person or remotely. Registration is available via link.
This event marks an interim milestone of a unique educational cycle. The master's program "Pedagogical Activity in Times of Change" is implemented by IUCA jointly with the Public Foundation "Zamanbap Mugalim — Teach for Kyrgyzstan." This organization is part of the prestigious international Teach For All network. For one and a half years, master's students combined academic study with intensive practical activity.
Conference participants worked as teachers in schools of Chui Oblast. They implemented modern educational technologies in real classrooms. Master's students used artificial intelligence, STEAM approaches, criterion-based assessment, methods for developing critical thinking and emotional intelligence. This experience became the foundation for their master's research.
The conference is organized in roundtable format. Researchers will present the results of their work, which formed the basis of their master's dissertations. These works will be included in a special IUCA scientific collection.
The conference was organized by the Department of Science and Research together with the master's program "Pedagogy." The event is supported by the IUCA Innovation Department. The detailed conference program with a list of presentations and schedule is available via the registration link. The event marks an important stage in the development of pedagogical education in the region. Master's students will demonstrate how academic training and practical work in schools create the foundation for systemic changes in education.
