The International University of Central Asia (IUCA) and International Kuwait University have signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at strengthening academic partnership and developing joint educational initiatives.

The signing of the memorandum marks a further step in the cooperation already established between the two universities. This partnership is particularly significant for IUCA’s International Relations program, where students study Arabic as their third foreign language.

Previously, International Relations students, accompanied by their Arabic language instructor Feruza Anvarovna Matmusaeva, visited International Kuwait University as part of an academic study visit. During the visit, the students explored the university’s academic environment, reviewed teaching and methodological materials for Arabic language studies, and became acquainted with the university library and its resources. The visit provided an opportunity to strengthen their language learning experience and gain insight into approaches to teaching and studying Arabic.

The memorandum provides a foundation for further cooperation between the two universities, including joint academic and educational activities, exchange of experience, and expanded opportunities for students and faculty members.

For IUCA, the new partnership represents another important step toward expanding its international cooperation and creating an educational environment that combines academic preparation, language competencies, and intercultural engagement.
