Guest Lecture by Bailiffs for Law Students at IUCA
On April 7, 2026, at the invitation of students of the International University of Central Asia, bailiffs from Tokmok city and Chui district delivered a guest lecture for 2nd–3rd year students of the “Law” program.

The event was held within the framework of the course “Enforcement Proceedings” and aimed at strengthening students’ practical knowledge. During the session, the specialists provided a detailed overview of enforcement procedures in the Kyrgyz Republic, highlighted key aspects of bailiffs’ work, and shared practical insights and modern approaches, including elements of digitalization.

Special attention was given to real-life case studies, which allowed students to better understand their future professional activities. Participants actively engaged in discussions, asked questions, and demonstrated strong interest in the topic.

The lecture featured bailiffs of the Enforcement Service of Tokmok city, Arzymat Zhеenkulov and Nursultan Itakhun.

Such meetings contribute to the development of professional competencies of future lawyers by bridging theory and practice.
