On April 14, 2026, the International University of Central Asia hosted the showcase event for the student project "The ABC of Fairy Tales." Schoolchildren who had taken part in the project came to the university to present the results of work they had prepared under the guidance of IUCA Pedagogy students.

The project brought future teachers and their first pupils together in a meaningful, hands-on collaboration. Students took on the role of mentors — designing the content, organising the workflow, and supporting the schoolchildren at every stage of preparation. The showcase was the moment when that shared effort took its final shape and was presented to an audience.

Projects like this are a vital part of training future teachers. Working with real students, in real conditions, with real responsibility for outcomes, builds something that cannot be taught in a classroom alone: pedagogical instinct, patience, and the ability to lead.
