"School Became Interesting After Your Arrival": Students Speak About IUCA Master's Students' Work
Kutbilim.kg portal published material on Jaratmans' impact on rural school educational environment

The media center "Kut Bilim" under the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic published an analytical piece about the work of Jaratmans from the "Zamanbap Mugalim" program, master's students in "Pedagogical Activity in Times of Change" at the International University of Central Asia. The article is based on interviews with students and school directors in Chui Oblast where IUCA master's students teach, and demonstrates the program's real impact on the educational environment of regional schools.

The material reveals how the presence of young innovative educators changes the atmosphere in rural schools. Students note that after the arrival of Jaratmans, school became more interesting and engaging. IUCA master's students apply contemporary pedagogical methods, integrate digital tools and AI-based assistants into the learning process, use sociological analysis and interactive forms of instruction, creating an educational environment in which children feel like active participants in the learning process rather than passive listeners. This confirms the effectiveness of an approach where future pedagogical leaders simultaneously study at the university and apply acquired knowledge in real school practice.

School directors highly evaluate Jaratmans' contribution to their educational institutions' development. They note not only increased student motivation but also positive influence on the teaching staff, as young teachers bring fresh ideas and energy, stimulating the professional development of experienced colleagues. IUCA master's students initiate educational projects, implement new formats of working with children, and demonstrate how contemporary pedagogical theories and technologies can work in conditions of rural schools with limited resources.

Publication of the material by the official media center of the Ministry of Education of the KR indicates governmental recognition of the "Pedagogical Activity in Times of Change" program as an effective instrument for transforming regional education. The experience of the first cohort of master's students shows that the two-year model combining academic study at IUCA with practical work in schools yields measurable results in the form of improved teaching quality and creation of a more inspiring educational environment for children in Kyrgyzstan's regions.
