General Requirements for the Head of the Career Development Center (CDC):

• Higher education;

• Proficiency in English, state, and official languages;

• Experience in higher education institutions, companies, and international organizations;

• Strong communication skills;

• Knowledge of marketing tools for advertising the university's activities in the mass media.

Main responsibilities of the Head:

• Seeking potential employers for organizing student internships;

• Monitoring the employment of graduates (based on the database) and maintaining communication with alumni;

• Distributing information among students and alumni about CDC events inside and outside the university (job fairs, employer presentations, seminars, training sessions, master classes, alumni meetings, etc.);

• Consulting students and alumni on career development;

• Career guidance work with school graduates.

Working conditions:

• Location: Tokmok, Shamsinskaya Street, 2, MUCA;

• Work in a multilingual team of professionals in various fields;

• Salary is determined based on the interview results.
