Chief Accountant
International University of Central Asia (IUCA) announces a vacancy for the position of Chief Accountant
Requirements for applicants:
Experience of working as a chief accountant, financier, financial director not less than 5 years;
- Knowledge of the state, English and official languages at the level of a confident user.
Higher financial or economic education;
Knowledge of financial, tax planning and budgeting procedures;
Knowledge of accounting and tax accounting;
Experience with IFRS;
Certificates (CFA, CIMA, ACCA/CPA, CAP/CIPA are an advantage);
Experience of work in international audit companies is an advantage;
Fluent PC skills: MS Office, 1C, legal directories, etc..;
- Initiative, responsibility, accuracy, active life position and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Organize bookkeeping in the 1C program with timely reflection of business operations in accordance with the requirements of the legislation;
- To carry out personally and through subordinates control over:
- compliance with the order of registration of primary accounting documents; calculations and payment obligations, legality of transactions;
- expenditure of the payroll fund;
- Conducting inventories of fixed assets, inventory and cash, audits of the organization of accounting and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial and cash discipline, estimates of administrative and other expenses, legality of writing off shortages, accounts receivable, etc. from the accounts.
- Provide ;
- support of audits;
- settlements on salaries, scholarships;
- accounting of operations on receipt and disposal of property;
- correct accrual and transfer of taxes and fees to the republican budget and local budgets, insurance contributions to state off-budget funds, preservation of accounting documents, registration and submission of them to the archive in accordance with the established procedure.
- To consult the President, Provost, Vice-Presidents, program managers on topical and urgent issues of practical organization of financial and economic work and accounting.
Working Conditions:
1.Working as a full-time employee of the university.
2. Place of work - Tokmok city.
3. Salary based on the results of the interview.
