IUCA Master's Students Complete November Leadership Intensive
Three-day session combined theoretical preparation with masterclasses from leading practitioners of Kyrgyzstan education

This week, the International University of Central Asia held another intensive session for students of the master's program "Pedagogical Activity in Times of Change." Over three days, Jaratmans who combine graduate studies with teaching work in rural schools of Chui Oblast engaged in in-depth study of key program disciplines.

The intensive covered three fundamental areas of pedagogical leadership preparation. Master's students worked on developing competencies in pedagogical leadership, studied legal foundations of pedagogical activity, and mastered psychological and pedagogical foundations of contemporary education. A special place in the intensive program was occupied by a practical workshop on classroom management and lessons in pedagogical mastery, led by Gapyr Madaminov, Honored Teacher of Kyrgyzstan and director of Experimental Gymnasium Number Three in Zhany-Zher village, Leilek district, Batken region.

The November intensive became an important stage in the academic development of IUCA's first cohort of master's students, providing them with theoretical knowledge and practical tools for effective teaching. The acquired skills will enable Jaratmans not only to improve their own pedagogical practice but also to prepare students for successful participation in the modern economy based on creativity and innovation.
